Bonnier's sales organization for web media strengthens its offering within a number of market segments.

Bonnier's sales organization for web media, Bink, has acquired Tailsweep. Sitting under the Bink umbrella already are the Di.se, DN.se, Expressen.se and Bonnier Tidskrifter brands.

New Group Shopping Site Dealie from Sydsvenskan and Göteborgs-Posten

Taking advantage of the trend for deals for site members, the Dealie website will launch tomorrow.

Tomorrow, Swedish regional dailies Sydsvenskan and Göteborgs-Posten will launch the group shopping deal site together. Members of the site will receive 50-90 percent rebates for a specific product or service, with each deal lasting between 24 and 48 hours. The seller or store providing the offer pays for the customers while the marketing is provided free.

DN Launches New Mobile Site

Expressen's iPhone App Updated

Now with editorial, op-ed and culture sections, daily newspaper Expressen's iPhone app has been downloaded over 60,000 times.

Last week, Swedish daily Expressen launched its iPhone app. On June 14, the app was updated with editorial, op-ed and culture sections. The app has been uploaded by over 60,000 so far and quickly became No. 1 on the download list at the App Store in Sweden. The newspaper's cell-phone site is also seeing plenty of success, with a record 1,888,254 page views last week.

Offering big savings on everything from travel to gadgets, Bonnier Publications in Russia leverages its exisiting websites with the new Bonimani.ru.

Bonnier Publications in Russia has launched a website with a whole new concept for the magazine publisher: Bonimani.ru. Bonnier Publications puts out food title Gastronom and sister magazine gardening title Sadovnik.

The new site features a wide range of special deals on everything from restaurants, spas and beauty treatments, to gadgets and tools, to leisure activities. "The idea of the site is to help people save money," says Nadezhda Lyzhnikova, public relations manager.

Divaani Starts Finland's First Interior Design Blog Community

The latest design news from Finland: Divaaniblogit.fi, a new blog community for those interested in interior design.

Finnish interior design magazine Divaani has compiled Finland's most interesting interior design blogs to create a new online community called Divaaniblogit.fi. The aim has been to create a visual and interactive community that promotes and develops Finnish design and home decorating culture. The site will launch tomorrow, June 1.

There are already over 2,000 interior design blogs in Finland, but both blogs and bloggers have lacked their own network.

TV4 Play Now Out on Android

TV4 Play first came out for the iPhone already in 2009. Now in its latest incarnation, it's been launched for Android telephones as well.

TV4 Play has been launched as an app for Android phones. According to analyst firm Mediavision's latest quarterly report for 2010, the number of Android users increased to 690,000 in Sweden. The market for smart phones is expected to show strong growth in the next two years, projections are for up to 4 million registered users by 2012.

Jonas von Hedenberg, currently executive vice president at Bonnier Tidskrifter, will be starting up BDI with the help of recent Stockholm School of Economics graduate Ashley Sullivan.
