Bonnier Publication's Illustreret Videnskab+ the first Danish magazine out for the iPad - beating the launch of the iPad in Denmark.

Illustreret Videnskab - Science Illustrated - is the first Danish magazine launched for the Apple iPad with the new Illustreret Videnskab+. Launched today, Illustreret Videnskab+ is available at Apple's App Store, here.

"It's been an incredibly instructive process to convert a magazine into a new electronic format," says Søren Prien, development director for Bonnier Publications in Denmark.

Two of Bonnier Corporation's magazines, Field & Stream and Saveur, have been chosen to complete in the ASME Best Cover Contest 2010. The contest is sponsored by American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) and Amazon.com.  The finalists were chosen by 90 top magazine editors.

Thousands participate in fight against breast cancer together with amelia, tara and M-magasin.

Thousands of women and men will participate in Rosa Steget, a Pink walk that is being organized for the third year in a row as part of the Göteborg cultural festival Göteborgskalaset, for the benefit of the breast cancer fund Bröstcancerfonden. Participants wearing pink T-shirts walk seven kilometers through central Göteborg.

After five years as a licence publisher of Swedish GLAMOUR, Bonnier Tidskrifter and Condé Nast have mutually agreed to not prolong the publication of GLAMOUR in its license partnership.

The October issue will be the last under Bonnier Tidskrifter as publisher.

After several successful years in Norway, Bonnier Publications' interior design magazine BoligPluss is expanding to Denmark. Bonnier Publications has previously taken a number of successful Danish magazine concepts to the Norwegian market, but this is the first time a Norwegian magazine is being "exported" to Denmark. The first issue will come out in October.
