Whether you celebrate Easter or not, it's hard to miss all the chocolate rabbits and candy eggs in shop windows. Go ahead and satisfy a springtime craving for something sweet with inspiration for Easter desserts from Bonnier magazines and books.

Meet Karolina Westerdahl

Karolina Westerdahl came to Expressen as an intern when she was studying journalism, but she had already managed to work with most of the different supplements before she ended up at the news desk as an editor.

"I work nights and love the fast pulse of the job," she says. "The news desk has its own special something."

Meet Anna Nilsson

New perspectives and people inspire GROW participant Anna Nilsson.

When Resumé project manager Anna Nilsson, 28, talks about working as a GROW exchange participant at Ullstein Buchverlage in Germany, she says that the experience has exceeded her expectations. "What's best are the new perspectives you get and the new people you meet," she says.

Meet Johanna Fahlström

Bonnier Sales Awards finalist says selling is a part of everything we do.

When Johanna Fahlström started at Bonnier Tidskrifter in December 2008, she already had long experience working in sales and marketing. Dagens Industri, Lydeking.Stockholm, Letsbuyit.com, and mobile phone operator 3 are just a few of the companies Fahlström, 42, has worked at, in positions ranging from customer service manager to bureau chief.

Vacations in the Sun

Check out the latest hot vacation spots from Bonnier magazines.

As Winter loosens its grip on the northern hemisphere, dreams of sunny beaches abound. Whether it's Spring break for students or a weekend getaway for couples, getting away to someplace where the sun is shining and you don't need anything more than a pair of shorts and a T-shirt is appealing.

Meet Bartosz Mazur

A customer-oriented approach helps in tough times, says Bonnier Sales Awards finalist Bartosz Mazur.

Selling magazine advertising is a bit like selling real estate, at least for Bartosz Mazur. The Bonnier Sales Awards finalist had his first job ever with a real estate agency in 2007, and by September 2008 had successfully moved to a career as sales representative with Puls Medycyny (Medicine Today) in Poland. Mazur, who hails from Debica, Poland, was "completely surprised" by his nomination for Rookie of the Year, even as he recognizes that this year he's had some great results.

Investment Company Targets Entrepreneurs

Smaller companies and startups get a lift from B. Media Invest, Bonnier's investment company targeting interesting media ideas.

B. Media Invest AB - BMI - is a Bonnier subsidiary founded in 2009 to fill a gap in the company. "While Bonnier has worked with Swedish media investment management company Aggregate to identify companies of interest that are not competitors, there was a need to look at smaller companies within media to invest in," says Pontus Schultz, head of business development at Bonnier R&D.

Meet David Balsam

With 12 years of sales experience, David Balsam is an expert at turning careful planning into reality.

After growing up in suburban Stockholm and finishing school, David Balsam did his military service in Uppsala, an hour north of Stockholm. When he finished his nine months, he got out and began his career as a sales representative. "I've worked as a salesman for 12 years," says Balsam, who is 32. He worked at Eniro, the telephone and address web search engine, and then the free daily Metro before starting at Dagens Nyheter. "It was a wonderful day in October 2006," he says. "I remember it as if it was yesterday."

Meet Minna Ahlsten

Minna Ahlsten is a master of big deals at MTV3, something that has helped her become a finalist in the Bonnier Sales Awards.

Minna Ahlsten may be a Bonnier-trained sales representative, but it's her dedication and true passion for the job that warrants her success and recognition as a finalist for the Bonnier Sales Awards. The Tampere, Finland, native joined Bonnier after graduating from Tampere University three years ago to participate in MTV3's sales training program. A year later, she was hired as a sales representative, and her customer-oriented approach has earned her a nod for Sales Representative of the Year.

Bonnier Hack Day Ends With A Bang

Eleven promising business ideas emerge from Bonnier Hack Day, with one clear winner.

After 24 hours of solid creativity, Bonnier Hack Day ended with a round of three-minute pitches from the 11 teams that made it through the night, still fired up despite the long hours of work.

A team from Sydsvenskan won the day, with their "Citypedia" concept, which combined data on any city from gowalla/4sq, Twitter and Google along with users' own ratings to create a city wiki with an app for iPhone and advertising. Team members included Per-Olof Bondesson, Johannes Fosseus and Sara Johannesson.
