Since the Nov. 9 release by Albert Bonniers Förlag of Jag är Zlatan Ibrahimović, the autobiography of the renowned soccer player, the book has gotten an unprecedented amount of attention, not least in the media. The story of Zlatan's childhood in the Rosengård area of Malmö, the skandals and the club changes, the book has become a must-have in houses throughout Sweden.

Tomas Tranströmer debuted in 1954 with a poetry collection 17 dikter (17 poems). More than 50 years later he still makes the news and is one of Sweden's most well-known poets.

Meet Libby VanderPloeg

GROW participant Libby VanderPloeg trades magazines for book design, Brooklyn for Stockholm.

Libby VanderPloeg has been working as an art director at Bonnier Corporation for two years with Saveur and now the Luxury & Lifestyle Group. The native Midwesterner has lived in Brooklyn, New York since 2006 but now she'll be spending the next months in Stockholm as a GROW participant.

Meet Gunta Lauck

Moving from Hamburg to Stockholm, GROW participant Gunta Lauck designs books for Bonnier Fakta for four months.

The difference lies in the logo on the cover. At her home company Carlsen Verlag, says GROW participant Gunta Lauck, the logo is prominently placed in nearly always the same position. But at Bonnier Fakta, where she is on a four-month exchange, the logo on the cover of the books is integrated into the design. "It is subordinate to the illustration and typography," she says. "And I admire this very much."

Stockholm high school students meet best-selling novelist Audrey Niffenegger.

As author Audrey Niffenegger sat in the auditorium of Stockholm's Östra Real high school, she was bombarded with questions from some 60 students.
