Based on the results, expertise and level of activity, Bonnier Media was the only magazine publisher nominated in the category.

After July 22, Norway will never be the same. Norwegian book publisher Cappelen Damm has decided to produce a special memorial book that will document how Norway reacted to the recent catastrophe. With the help of a Facebook page, the publisher is collecting photos, blog posts, speeches, Tweets and other messages to include in the book.

After three years as advertising director, Juliussen has achieved many professional and personal goals. "I'm most proud that we sold 32 percent more than last year," he says. "Personally, this year I was the winner of the Purple People Award, which recognizes Norway's best media seller.

When Danish magazine king Palle Fogtdal launched the first issue of interior design magazine Bo Bedre in March 1961, it offered something new to Danish readers.
