A finalist for Rookie of the Year in the Bonnier Sales Awards, Arpikari's optimism and dedication clearly contribute to his success as a Sales Representative at MTV3. The native of Espoo, Finland's second-largest city, takes pride in listening to his customers: "I try to offer solutions for their business problems, rather than just selling ads. I listen to my customers' concerns rather than throwing them offers without asking."
