Contract Signed for Newspaper Sale in Southern Sweden

In June, Bonnier announced it would be divesting its ownership of the southern Swedish newspapers Kristianstadsbladet, Ystads Allehanda and Trelleborgs Allehanda. Yesterday the deal was concluded, which means Bonnier's daily newspaper operations focus on big city papers and that Gota Media will be the new owner of the three southern Swedish newspapers together with the Stiftelsen Kristianstadpress foundation. The deal now must be approved by the competition authorities.
