DN.se Named News Site of the Year

Swedish daily Dagens Nyheter's website DN.se was named news site of the year in Internetworld's prestigious annual ranking of the 100 best sites in Sweden. The site was recognized for impring an already well-functioning site, with a fairly clean design that puts the focus on text on photo and prioritizes the reader, according to the jury.

"It's the best contest you can win on the Swedish Internet, and we're extremely happy with the wonderful reasoning by the jury behind our win," says Björn Hedensjö, head of DN.se.
