Parenting launches Baby & Child Model Search

Parents can upload photos of their children at www.parenting.com/modelsearch for the chance to win monthly prizes from Shutterfly.com, the leading online photo service and Parenting.com Model Search sponsor. The grand prize winner will be chosen in 2011 to receive one year of representation from Ford Models.

Throughout the year, one monthly winner will be selected in each of six categories: Baby (0-12 months); Toddler (12-24 months); Preschool (24-48 months); School-age (4-10 years); Tween (10-12 years); and Multiples (any age under 12). Shutterfly will provide the monthly winners with prize packs valued at $100, including photo books and personalized stationery.

From the pool of monthly winners in 2010, Parenting.com editors and Ford Models representatives will choose one grand prize winner, to be named in March 2011. In addition to receiving representation from Ford Models, the winner will also appear in a Shutterfly advertorial in a 2011 issue of Parenting magazine. All entries submitted throughout the year will also be eligible for a monthly "Readers' Choice" award and Shutterfly prizes, decided by popular vote on Parenting.com.

Parenting.com will feature daily galleries of children's photos throughout the duration of the Model Search, along with modeling agents' and photographers' tips for parents on how to take the best photos of their children, and ideas on how to save and share photos with family and friends.
