The new S magazine aims to give celebrity watchers a better read.
The first issue of S, a new Swedish magazine covering celebrity news in a tougher, broader and timelier fashion, will arrive on newsstands on Feb. 25. The magazine, a bi-monthly, is the brainchild of Amelia Adamo, the woman behind a number of Bonnier Tidskrifter titles. Adamo set the task of developing the magazine to Pamela Andersson, editor-in-chief of royalty-watcher Queen magazine, which will be discontinued. "S magazine won't deal in speculation and rumors," says Adamo. "It will be a more attractive and smarter product with more 'heavyweight' celebrities, including big names from the business world."
