Bonnier International Magazines, BIM, is a one-stop shop for licensing and syndication of all magazines published by Bonnier Tidskrifter, Bonnier Publications and Bonnier Corporation. Now they launch The Magazine Feed, with the subtitle "Piping news from the magazine licensing and publishing world". It's a combined business and blog site where they use RSS flows and own blog posts to gather news from the magazine world in one place.

"It's difficult to get an overview of what is going on in the industry," says Joakim Bergman, International Licensing Manager at BIM. "There are many players who are interested in selling licenses or wants to obtain a license. The idea is to help those who are interested to get a grasp every day about what is written and reported in the international magazine world with a focus on licensing. It's basicly a blog where we post stuff that is relevant to people involved in magazines."

It sounds noble. What's in it for you?

"We buy a channel of communication with important people in interesting markets around the world. Actually, we started it for ourselves. Once we created the site and began to use it as a homepage, we realized that we had got complete overview of all news, trends, and significant people in the industry."
