Dun\u00a0&\u00a0Bradstreet\u00a0acquires the data\u00a0and\u00a0analysis company\u00a0Bisnodefrom\u00a0Bonnier\u00a0and\u00a0Ratos\u00a0for an enterprise value of approximately SEK 7.2 billion, corresponding\u00a0to\u00a015 times EBITA 2019.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bonnier owns 30% of Bisnode and will, after adjusting for net debt, receive a purchase price of approximately SEK 1.7 billion, of which 25% in the form of shares in Dun &Bradstreet which are listed on the NYSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sale provides a capital gain for Bonnier of around SEK 1.2 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed no later than the beginning of 2021 after the usual competition law review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bisnode has doubled its profitability over the past four years, despite limited sales growth. Dun & Bradstreet will now enable further growth opportunities and synergies. Bisnode currently has approximately 2,100 employees in 19 countries and a turnover of SEK 3.7 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dun & Bradstreet is the industry leader in data and analytics with a presence in many countries and market leadership in the United States. The company has sales of USD 1.4 billion and a market value of USD 11 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bisnode was formed in 2005 by merging Bonnier Aff\u00e4rsinformation with Infodata, which was owned by Ratos. Dun & Bradstreet is an important partner as a supplier of data andservices to Bisnode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
