The deal was closed on January 2, 2018. Prior to the transaction, Bonnier Ventures\u2019 ownership stake in the company was at 47 percent.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Since its start in 2013, United Screens has grown into the leading multi-platform network in the Nordic region, with a focus on online video and over 500 million views per month with a broad spectrum of talented content creators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cThe executive management team has made great progress and now will be able to intensify its expansion further with RTL Group,\u201d says Ulrika Saxon, CEO of <a title=\"https:\/\/www.bonnierventures.com\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bonnierventures.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bonnier Ventures<\/a> and Chairman of the Board for <a title=\"http:\/\/unitedscreens.com\/\" href=\"http:\/\/unitedscreens.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United Screens<\/a>. \u201cFrom Bonnier\u2019s perspective, we\u2019re pleased as a co-founder to have seen a positive development in our investment in the company and that United Screens has found a good home in RTL Group.
