Founders Johan and Henrik Zetterstedt will continue to run the company.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a title=\"fastighetsnytt.se\" href=\"http:\/\/fastighetsnytt.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fastighetsnytt<\/a>&nbsp;is a knowledge- and market-leader within media and forums for issues around real estate and construction. From the original trade newspaper, the company has developed into a wide-ranging and profitable niche media company. Today, the forum Business Arena accounts for the majority of the company\u2019s revenues. With annual conferences in Stockholm, G\u00f6teborg, Malm\u00f6, Ume\u00e5 as well as during Almedalen Week in Visby, Business Arena is the Swedish real estate industry\u2019s most important forum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cIt\u2019s exciting to be bringing this well-run company into the Bonnier fold,\u201d says Mikael Nestius, CEO for Bonnier Business Media. \u201cFounders Johan and Henrik Zetterstedt have, with their deep knowledge of the industry and their business savvy, created media and arenas that are essential for decisionmakers in Swedish real estate and unique in the Swedish media market when it comes to scope, turnover and profitability.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cThis deal gives us new possibilities to consolidate and develop our entire business and our concepts while maintaining and increasing business value for the entire real estate and construction industry,\u201d says Johan Zetterstedt. \u201cWe have a long-term commitment to the company and look forward to developing and sharing our entrepreneurial spirit within the new organization.
