The award, which is arranged by communications agency Regi and business daily Dagens Industri, is determined by the agencies&#8217; customers, who answer questions about their satisfaction in various areas. The agency that gets the best ranking by customers wins.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It feels like the best award to win, considering it&#8217;s our customers who voted for us,&#8221; says Anders Ribba, CEO for Spoon. &#8220;In other words, we have the world&#8217;s best customers.
