Bonnier Sells Evoke Gaming

Bonnier Ventures (previously Bonnier Growth Media) has signed an agreement today with the publicly traded Swedish gaming company Mr Green, wherein Mr Green will acquire Evoke Gaming, with its gaming sites Redbet, Vinnarum casino, Bertil and MamaMia. The deal is expected to be complete during the first quarter of 2018.

“Evoke Gaming has started a significant turnaround and has come quite a ways already,” says Jonas von Hedenberg, Investment Director for Bonnier Ventures and Board Chair for Evoke Gaming. “With Mr Green, Evoke becomes part of a bigger gaming business and gains more muscle and focus to continue to grow internationally.”
