Bonnier Ventures Divests in United Screens

Bonner Ventures along with founders divests shares in United Screens to RTL Group.

Bonnier Ventures (previously Bonnier Growth Media) along with the founders Malte Andreasson and Stina Bergfors have signed an agreement with RTL Group to divest all of Bonnier Growth Media’s shares in United Screens (U Screens AB). The deal was closed on January 2, 2018. Prior to the transaction, Bonnier Ventures’ ownership stake in the company was at 47 percent.

Since its start in 2013, United Screens has grown into the leading multi-platform network in the Nordic region, with a focus on online video and over 500 million views per month with a broad spectrum of talented content creators.
