Peter Wolodarski recommended as new editor-in-chief for Dagens Nyheter

Templar Publishing in the U.K. has announced it is buying the list of Piccadilly Press and rights to its future publishing program.

Founded 29 years ago by Brenda Gardner, Piccadilly will continue to publish books for children and teens under its own imprint. Templar, a part of Bonnier Publishing, is known for its creative children’s novelty titles, including the popular Ology series, and has recently developed a children’s fiction list.

“Piccadilly publishing will complement Templar’s existing lists and help strengthen its developing children’s fiction,” says Mike McGrath, managing director for Templar. “Brenda will add an additional creative strength to the Templar management team.”
