Alma Media Acquires Mediuutiset

Alma Talent Oy, a part of Alma Media, has acquired full ownership of Mediuutiset Oy. Alma Talent, which previously had 50 percent ownership of Mediuutiset, purchased the remaining shares from Bonnier Business Press AB.

Mediuutiset is an independent healthcare news media for physicians, medical professionals and decision-makers in public healthcare and companies. Mediuutiset also arranges events and seminars in healthcare. Its Editor-in-Chief is Anna Niemelä.
