New CEO for Bonnier Solutions

During the past four years, Bonnier Solutions has undertaken the intensive work of transferring the financial and payroll functions of the majority of Bonnier AB’s subsidiary companies in the Nordic region. Now that this work is complete, Patrik Hjelmberg – who has successfully carried out the task of designing and establishing a shared-services organization – will be leaving his position as CEO and will be reporting directly to Göran Öhrn, CFO for Bonnier AB.

During its next new phase, Bonnier Solutions will be focusing on efficiency and consolidation. Taking over as CEO is Åsa Thunberg, today Financial Manager at Bonnier AB.
